Mediation Process

  • Pre-Mediation

    Prior to the mediation, scheduling is coordinated and any necessary materials are exchanged to ensure all participants are prepared. This stage helps clarify key issues, confirm attendance and authority, and allows for a more focused and efficient session.

  • Day of Mediation

    The mediation session is conducted in a confidential setting, which may include joint discussions. The process is designed to facilitate candid dialogue, evaluate positions, and move negotiations toward resolution in an organized and efficient manner.

  • Resolution & Follow-Up

    If an agreement is reached, the terms are confirmed and documented before the session concludes or shortly thereafter. If the matter does not fully resolve, next steps and opportunities for continued dialogue are discussed to support further progress.
